This $75 facial is an hour of skin revealing bliss and utilizes up to 10 different products from the MD Formulations Glycolic Facial line. It starts with a botanical based cleanser and includes serums and treatment creams formulated for specific skin types, as well as the most important element , the glycolic preparation.

In strengths of 5 % – 20%, the glycolic preparation is placed on the skin and in under a minute begins to tingle. In 3-10 minutes the potion has worked its magic and reveals the fresh, bright, smooth skin that is hiding underneath.

What is Glycolic Acid?

Glycolic acid is an organic alpha hydroxy acid derived from fruit. It is non toxic and naturally occurs in our environment. A thorough exfoliator, it non-invasively removes the outer layers of thickened and damaged skin that can develop due to harsh environmental elements and sun damage. The deeper levels of the skin are penetrated which increases the rate of dead cell shedding revealing smoother and healthier skin.
