  • Each of our estheticians at Le Petit Spa comes to us fully certified and have been through up to a full year of schooling at an accredited Cosmetology School before being hired at Le Petit Spa. Once hired with Le Petit Spa, each esthetician is required to undergo a rigorous set of training sessions that can last up to seven months to learn services the Le Petit Spa way before being introduced to our clients.
  • Training is then ongoing in response to innovations in the spa industry and to upkeep the highest service standards in the spa industry as possible.

2. Cosmetology Association of British Columbia

  • When visiting Le Petit Spa, you will see this emblem on our front door. The Cosmetology Association was the governing body of the spa industry before the Government of BC de-regulated the industry; we still abide by the Cosmetology Association industry standards of safety and sanitation in order to provide a safe and professional place for our cleints to enjoy a day spa experience.

3. Strict Service Protocols:

  • From day one of being hired at Le Petit Spa, each esthetician is taught each service following the same protocol for each service; i.e. each client that receives a pedicure at Le Petit Spa will receive the pedicure in the same steps for the same amount of time. This ensures less chance of an error on the esthetician's part and less chance of any injury to the client due to the service being performed incorrectly.

4. Health and Safety Standards:

  • At Le Petit Spa we use equipment that can easily be washed and disinfected properly; you will not find electric pedicure thrones or re-usable nail files or cuticle sticks as all of these are not easily disinfected for the next client. Nail files and cuticle sticks at Le Petit Spa are given to the client to take home to ensure that they are never re-used on another client.

5. Honest Product Suggestions:

  • When you come into Le Petit Spa we promise that you will never feel like a number or feel that we are “selling” to you.
  • Our staff will only recommend the products and services best suited to your individual needs while educating you as to why these are a good fit for you.

6. Complementary Samples for Home Use:

  • Of the products used in your facials, complementary samples will be provided for you to try at home so you can measure the results of the products on your skin before committing and/or opening the full size versions.
    • Most Le Petit Spa products are priced comparably with department store brands.
    • By trying/using the sample sizes first, you are able to measure your skins response to the professional products Le Petit Spa stands behind.
