Payment Methods

Credit Cards

We accept Visa and MasterCard. Your billing address must match exactly what appears on your credit card billing statement. Abbreviations, punctuation and spelling MUST be exact to allow us to process your order.

For security purposes, we ask that you provide your 3- or 4-digit security code:

  • Visa/MasterCard: Your security code is three digits, located on the back of the card, printed after the credit card number.

Prices / Currencies

Prices are in Canadian dollar. Regardless of your location and currency, your credit card account will be charged the equivalent in your currency of the Canadian dollar amount.


Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) will be calculated on the total value of the merchandise. Shipping charges will also be displayed on your Order Summary page.

Phone Orders

We accept phone orders, if you prefer to shop via our Customer Care Team. Please call 604.224.4314 or 877.224.4312 and have ready the names of the products you would like to order.

Changing or Cancelling Orders

To cancel an order, please email Customer Service This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., and enter “order cancellation” in the subject line. Remember to include your order number and the item you would like to cancel in the body of the email.

We will respond with an email to confirm your request. You cannot change or cancel an order once it is shipped. Therefore, it is critical to notify our customer service agents as soon as you’ve decided on a change.

Backordered or Out of Stock Items

Backordered products are out of our control and we cannot give an estimated time of availability. We will notify you by email when a product becomes backordered. Please note if your product is backordered, it will be shipped to you immediately when it becomes available.

If you like to know the availablilty of any product before you place an order, please call us. The website does not indicate whether a product is in or out of stock. If your product is out of stock, please be advised that additional processing time is required.

Website Security

To make your shopping experience safe, simple and secure, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts the data you send over the Internet. When SSL is enabled a padlock appears at the top of your browser. You can click on it to get information about the SSL digital certificate registration. The location (URL) field at the top of the browser will also begin with https instead of the usual http.

Promotion Codes

Promotion codes can be applied to all online orders when available. There is no double dipping - only one promotion code can be applied per order and cannot be used in conjunction with reward points.


Return & Exchange Policy

We will happily exchange or refund (in original tender) regular-priced and new merchandise within 14 days of the shipping date from Le Petit Spa. (Mail or in store return). Merchandise must be unopened, unused, in the original condition and packaging and accompanied by a valid receipt.

All nail polishes, makeup and hair products are final sale. For hygienic reasons exchanges and refunds are not permitted on these items.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Shipping charges for returned items are non-refundable. Additionally, in cases where we paid the shipping on your order of $100 or more, that cost will be charged to you.

Returns by Mail for Online Purchases

Step 1. Package the items for return in any box and enclose the original invoice.

Step 2. Mail your items to: 4-3701 West Broadway Vancouver, BC, Canada V6R 2B9. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs as well as the safe return of the merchandise.

Step 3. Most returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been processed. Your refund will be credited via to the original method of payment.

In-Store Returns for Online Purchases

You may return eligible items to Le Petit Spa. Please bring your online invoice and the credit card used for the original purchase. Your refund will be credited via the original method of payment.


Online purchases can be exchanged in store only, at our Vancouver Spa location. Please bring your online invoice alongside the item you would like to exchange and we will be happy to assist you.


Le Petit Spa will refund or credit the individual product that caused the allergic reaction. Allergic reaction to any product must be reported to us within 48 hours of use. Please note that a doctor's note and/or photos may be required.

Refused and Damaged Shipments

We do our best to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item or if there are missing items, please accept the delivery.

We will replace any defective product as well as products damaged during shipment once the item has been returned to us. (*Complaints about incorrect orders, missing or damaged products and other issues with your order must be made within 3 days of receipt of the parcel.)

Damaged items must be returned in the original package with original packing material. We will provide you with a postage-paid return label from our courier company. We will not reimburse shipping costs if sent without our return label.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards - Terms & Conditions

Le Petit Spa gift cards can be purchased online for in spa use only and balances can be tracked by calling our spa.

Sales tax will not be applied to Gift Card purchases at checkout as the tax is included in the prices as shown. If other merchandise is included in your order, tax will apply only to those items. 

Denomination gift certificates may or may not cover the full price of the service(s) that the recipient may choose to receive at Le Petit Spa. Gratuities cannot be added to gift certificates.

Le Petit Spa will not be responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. The Le Petit Spa Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be transferred, exchanged, resold or redeemed for cash.

Please allow up to 2 business days for gift certificates to be processed. All purchases of gift certificates are sent via email to the email address provided. We do not mail out physical gift cards.

If you would like to include the name of the recipent on the gift certificate, please include it in the comments box in the ordering process.

3-5 business days: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba

7-9 business days: New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Québec and Ontario

Up to 13 business days: Yukon, the North West Territories and Nunavut

Expedited Shipping - $16

2-3 business days: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba

5-7 business days: New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Québec and Ontario

Not available for Yukon, the North West Territories and Nunavut

Please note: Estimated time of delivery is subject to change. Estimated shipping days start counting when a "Shipped" confirmation email is received.

Order Processing Times

Orders will be shipped within 3-4 business days. 

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. Orders are not processed on weekends and Mondays. The earliest processing day starts on Tuesdays. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time is required. All orders placed during promotion periods are processed after the promotion ends.

In-Store Pickup

*In-Store Pickup is temporarily unavailable due to the COVID-19 outbreak

Chose In-Store Pickup at the Checkout and complete your order. You will receive two (2) separate emails - an initial Order Confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order, followed by an In-Store Order Pick-Up Notification email when your order is ready at Le Petit Spa.

Bring your Pick-Up Notification email, your order number and a government-issued photo ID to Le Petit Spa to pick up your order.

Order Tracking Information

Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an e-mail with the tracking number. Just click on the link to take you to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each address.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. For orders shipped to rural postal codes, and remote locations considered "beyond points", we can reach your destination through Standard shipping only. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

International Orders

At this time, we are unable to accept or ship international orders.

Redirecting an Order

Please make sure your shipping address is correct—we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Unclaimed Packages

Unclaimed or refused shipments returned to us are subject to any "return way" shipping costs, plus the original shipping charge if Le Petit Spa had paid to send the parcel. We will contact you if your unclaimed package returns to us.

There are no restocking charges for unclaimed parcels. If you would like the order to be re-shipped, standard shipping rates for your destination will be charged.

We want to reward you for shopping with us! Every purchase you make in the Le Petit Spa online store earns you rewards that you can apply toward even more products that you love.

Your rewards are automatically available to use after your purchase. Rewards can be used toward any item in the Le Petit Spa online store. Please note that if you wish to use your reward points for an online order, any promotion codes that are available will not be applicable toward the same online order.

This website does not offer medical advice. Neither does it attempt to diagnose or treat any skin problem or disease. If you have a skin condition that requires medical attention, please make an appointment to see a dermatologist.

All products should be used as directed on the packaging or on this website. Discontinue using any product that causes irritation (redness, itching, burning, scaling, soreness or other unfavourable reactions) and consult your physician. (Also, see our Exchange & Return Policy.)

The information provided by this website or this company is not a substitute for a face-to-face consultation with a dermatologist or physician and should not be construed as medical advice. 

Use of Passwords

Use of any password-protected area of the Site is restricted to the individual who has been given permission and a password to enter such area (the "Authorized Party"). The password cannot be distributed to others, and the Authorized Party is responsible for any and all damages to Le Petit Spa resulting from the distribution of his or her password. 


Le Petit Spa shall have the right at any time to (a) change the terms of this Agreement, (b) change the Site, including eliminating or discontinuing any content or feature of the Site, restricting the hours of availability, or limiting the amount of use permitted.

This Agreement may be modified by Le Petit Spa at any time by Le Petit Spa posting the modified terms on this Site, and your continued use of the Site thereafter shall be deemed acceptance of those terms and conditions.
